Egypt is located in the subtropical zone. The climate is characterized by hot and dry summers and mild and stable winters, that is; warm period from May to September and cold from November to March. Precipitation decreases in a southerly direction, while temperature increases. The Jamasin (stormy desert wind, dry and warm) occurs in April and May and reaches speeds of up to 150 km / h.
